Adding a Shape

1. To add a square or rectangle, click the Rectangle Button or choose Rectangle from the Insert menu. To add a circle or ellipse, click the Circle Button or select Circle from the Insert menu.

2. Move the mouse pointer over the page, press and hold down the left mouse button and drag the shape to the size required. Release the mouse button to fix the shape into place within the design.
